Agreeing to these terms

The services we offer

We provide chimney cleaning for homes in Annapolis and the nearby area. Details on our website are meant to help you understand what we do. They are not a promise about the exact condition of your chimney until we inspect it in person.

Booking and appointments

You can book a visit by phone, email, or our contact form. When you book, please give us correct details about your home and how to reach you. Here is what you can expect:

• We will confirm your day and arrival window before we come
• We ask for clear access to your fireplace and chimney
• If you need to change or cancel, please tell us as early as you can
• If no one is home at the scheduled time, we may need to rebook

Quotes and pricing

We give you a clear price before we start. A quote is based on the details you share with us. If we arrive and find the job is larger than described, such as heavy buildup or a repair need, we will explain the change and get your approval before doing extra work. You are never charged for work you did not agree to.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is finished, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will always give you a receipt for your records. If a payment does not go through, we will reach out to sort it out with you.

Your part in a safe visit

To keep the visit smooth and safe, we ask that you:

• Make sure the fireplace has been cold for at least 24 hours before we arrive
• Clear a path to the fireplace and move any fragile items nearby
• Keep pets in a separate room during the visit
• Let us know about any past chimney problems or repairs

Photos of your job

We take before and after photos of the inside of your flue so you can see the work. These photos are for your records and ours. We will not share photos that identify your home in public marketing without your permission.

Our website

We work to keep the information on this site correct and up to date. Even so, small errors can happen. The content here is for general information and does not replace an in person inspection. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the content, images, or design of this website.

Limits of our responsibility

We take pride in careful work and we are licensed and insured. That said, we are not responsible for problems that existed before our visit, for damage caused by very old or unsafe chimney parts we point out to you, or for issues that come from a homeowner ignoring our safety advice. Our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
